/KASE, August 24, 2022/ – SevKazEnergo JSC (Petropavlovsk), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
decisions of its sole shareholder dated August 19, 2022.
The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the audited consolidated financial statements of the company for
2021;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2021.
