/KASE, August 22, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on
September 22, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on determining the quantitative composition of the Board of Directors of the
bank;
- on determining the term of office of the Board of Directors of the bank;
- on the election of members of the Board of Directors of the bank.
