/KASE, August 15, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from August 16, 2022, trading in common shares US88160R1014 ("KASE Global" sector, TSLA_KZ) of Tesla, Inc. (US) will be suspended on KASE in trading modes with the settlement date on August 17, 2022 and subsequent dates.

Trades will be suspended in accordance with sub-item 1) of item 1 of article 11-2 of KASE 's internal document "Rules for Execution of Exchange Activities" due to KASE's information that shareholders of Tesla, Inc. approved the split of common shares at a three-to-one ratio and the need to update information on the number of announced and issued shares.
