/KASE, August 9, 2022/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders will begin on September
21, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock, with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders of the bank;
- on introducing changes and additions to the bank's charter or approving it in
a new edition.
