Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00008741 (AVKGpp1) of Avesta-Karaganda in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, August 11, 2022/ – On August 11, 2022, the Listing Commission of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00008741 (KZT200,000, KZT2.0 bn; 10 years; quarterly coupon, 26.00 % per annum; 30/360) of Avesta-Karaganda LLP (Karagandy) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) AVKGpp1. The main activities of Avesta-Karaganda LLP are rent and management of own real estate. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-08-11]
