/KASE, August 11, 2022/ – "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated July 28, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• excluded: S. Zhumagulov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: A. Aytuev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of "Caspiy" Commodity Exchange JSC consists of three people: Y. Nadyrgaliev, E. Yugai, A. Aituev.
