/KASE, August 10, 2022/ – BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC) (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated August 1, 2022, the following changes were made to the company's Board of Directors:

• excluded: M. Rakhimbayev – member of the Board of Directors, independent director;
• elected: Y. Begimbetov – member of the Board of Directors, independent director.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of BCC Invest JSC (Subsidiary of Bank CenterCredit JSC), consists of five people: B. Baisseitov, A. Baymukhanbetov, D. Shayakhmetov, A. Yesserkegenov, Y. Begimbetov.
