/KASE, August 8, 2022/ – Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that the joint general meeting of shareholders of Bank CenterCredit JSC and Eco
Center Bank JSC (SB of Bank CenterCredit JSC) will start on September 5, 2022
at 10:00 o'clock with the following agenda:
- on approval of the agenda of the joint general meeting of shareholders of
Bank CenterCredit JSC and Eco Center Bank JSC (SB of Bank CenterCredit
JSC);
- on determining the quantitative composition and term of office of the counting
commission, the election of its members;
- on approval of the deed of transfer.
