/KASE, August 5, 2022/ – As previously announced, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated July 28, 2022,
consent was granted for inclusion of international bonds XS2507222904
(KZT6,479,250,000; 10.08.22 – 12.08.25; semi-annual coupon, 14.15 % per
annum; actual/360) of Asian Development Bank in the sector "Securities of
international financial organizations" of KASE official list.
The admission initiator of the said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC.
This decision of the Management Board came into effect on August 5, 2022.
The opening of trades in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) ASDBe11.
