Bonds KZ2C00008621 (CCBNb34) of Bank CenterCredit passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, August 3, 2022/ – On August 3, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00008621 (KZT1,000, KZT19.0 bn; 10 years, semi-annual coupon; will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades on bonds placement; 30/360) of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the sixth under the third bond program of Bank CenterCredit JSC, registered by the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on June 9, 2015 for a total of KZT250.0 bn. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) CCBNb34. More detailed information on the issue of said bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-08-03]
