/KASE, August 3, 2022/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on August 1, 2022 took a decision on inclusion
of bonds KZ2C00008662 (FIVEb3; KZT100, KZT100.0 mln; 12 months; quarterly coupon,
15.00 % APR; 30/360) of FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial
bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.
The Management Board decision's effective date is August 3, 2022.
Opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
