KASE's Management Board decided to include bonds KZ2C00008639 (LZGRb3) and KZ2C00008647 (LZGRb4) of Leasing Group in category "commercial bonds" of KASE official list's alternative market

/KASE, July 28, 2022/ – On July 28, 2022, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market: - KZ2C00008639 (KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 3 months; coupon paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360); - KZ2C00008647 ($1,000, $2.4 mln; 3 months; coupon paid once at the end of the circulation period, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session on offering of bonds; 30/360). The date of entry into force of this decision of the Management Board will be announced later. The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. These bonds were given abbreviations (tickers) LZGRb3 and LZGRb4, respectively. More detailed information on the issues of these bonds will be published on KASE website after this decision of the Management Board comes into effect. [2022-07-28]
