• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company's sole shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the company is MANGISTAU INVESTMENTS B.V., who owns 107,861,935 shares of the company (99.00% of the total number of the outstanding shares of the company), including 107,856,540 common shares and 5,395 preferred shares of the company.
