/KASE, July 20, 2022/ – Marganec Zhairema JSC (Karagandy), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 5, 2022.

The shareholder, among other things, made the following decisions:

• approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
• in connection with the loss incurred based on results of operations in 2021, there is no net income for distribution, dividends on ordinary shares for 2021 are neither accrued nor paid.

Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the general meeting of shareholders.
