/KASE, July 18, 2022/ – Agrarian Credit Corporation JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated July 13, 2022:

• to exercise the right of preemptive purchase of 147,470,014 issued ordinary shares of the corporation at KZT1,000 per share for a total of KZT147,470,014,000;
• to purchase 147,470,014 issued ordinary shares of the corporation by transferring 100% of ordinary shares of KazAgroFinance JSC to the corporation in payment for the issued shares.
