KazTransOil announces completion of work on connecting 50 km section of main water pipeline "Astrakhan-Mangyshlak" after reconstruction

/KASE, July 11, 2022/ – KazTransOil JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release dated July 11, 2022: quote "KazTransOil" JSC group of companies completed the connection of the newly built section at 449-499 km of the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak main water pipeline after reconstruction. Commissioning of a 50 km section of the water conduit was carried out by Kulsary, Mangistau and Atyrau oil pipeline departments of "KazTransOil" JSC. The reconstruction will increase the reliability of the pipeline network of the Astrakhan-Mangyshlak main water pipeline and ensure uninterrupted water supply for consumers in Atyrau and Mangystau regions. In view of the prospective growth in the volume of water consumption in the western region of Kazakhstan, as well as in order to upgrade worn-out equipment, the "Main Waterline" LLP is implementing the "Reconstruction and expansion of the AstrakhanMangyshlak main water pipeline" investment project.
