/KASE, July 12, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated July 7, 2022, the following persons were elected to the bank's Management Board:

• N. Taskaranov – Chairman of the Management Board;
• M. Gulaev – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• A. Ovsyannikova – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• V. Savchenko – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC consists of six people: N. Taskaranov, G. Arakelyan (termination of powers on July 12, 2022), M. Gulaev, A. Ovsyannikova, V. Savchenko, A. Titov.
