/KASE, July 8, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board by the decision of the Board of Directors dated June 30, 2022:

• excluded Kayyrzhuban D.S. – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Zhumzhaev E.E. was elected – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five people: Parshev A.G., Seitzhanov A.B., Zhumzhaev E.E., Orazbayev Zh.Zh., Alish M.K.
