/KASE, July 8, 2022/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities are on
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management
Board by the decision of the Board of Directors dated July 1, 2022:
- E.O. Lehr, Deputy Chairman of the Management Board, was excluded;
- A.K. Salykbayev was elected – Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Freedom Finance JSC
consists of five people: Lukyanov S.N., Tuganov R.S., Nukenov T.B.,
Sadovnikova M.S., Salykbayev A.K.
