/KASE, July 8, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are on
the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors by the decision of the sole shareholder dated June 30, 2022:
- excluded Dzhuanyshbaeva A.K. – member of the Board of Directors;
- Koshkimbayev N.Zh. was elected – member of the Board of Directors.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of
KazAgroFinance JSC consists of a group of people: Aidapkelov N.S.
Murzagalieva A.E. Prashev A.G. Orazbayev R.S. Madiev S.N., Koshkimbayev
N.J.
