/KASE, July 7, 2022/ – JSC Aktobe Metalware Plant (Aktobe Region), whose
shares are listed on the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE of the decisions of its annual general meeting of shareholders
held on June 20, 2022.
Shareholders, among others, adopted the following decisions:
- approve the annual financial statements and the consolidated annual financial
statements of the company for 2021, taking into account the auditor's
reports;
- not pay dividends on common shares.
