/KASE, July 7, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose securities are in the official list of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE),
informed KASE that by the decision of the Board of Directors dated July 5, 2022
D.A. Yamanov - Deputy Chairman of the Management Board was removed.
In view of the amendment, the Management Board of Sberbank of Russia JSC
consists of three persons: N.G.-M. Taskaranov, A.V. Titov, G.G. Arakelyan.
