/KASE, July 5, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from
July 7, 2022, the following information on common shares of US34959E1091
(sector "KASE Global", FTNT_KZ) Fortinet, Inc. (USA) will be changed in the
trading system and databases of KASE in connection with the split with a
coefficient of 5 to 1:
- number of declared common shares from 163,320,200 to 802,635,635;
- the number of outstanding ordinary shares increased from 138,974,111 to
681,827,730.
From July 7, 2022, trading in these shares, which have been suspended since
June 24, 2022, will be resumed on KASE.
