Relative to the 9 months of 2002 there is increase of:

• shareholders' equity - by KZT245.9 m as the result of increase of paid part of authorized capital by 136.3 m and total sum of undistributed income - by 207.1 m, whereas there took place decrease of reserve capital by 97.5 m;
• assets - by KZT1.9 bn, including: residual value of assets - 881.6 m; inventory - by 764.6 m, construction in process - by 457.8 m whereas there took place decrease of other assets by 172.1 m.;
• liabilities - by KZT1.7 bn. that was caused by increase of attracted credits volume by 1.3 b., floated bonds - by 264.1 m., whereas there took place decrease of accounts payable by KZT97.0 m.;
• sales volume - by KZT992.1 m.;
• cost of goods sold - by KZT737.4 m.;
• expenses of the period - by 283.7 m. (2.1 times).

Net income earned by VITA OJSC during the 9 months of 2003, increased by KZT26.9 m. relative to a corresponding period of 2002.

The company's primary activities: production, purchasing, processing and sale of agricultural production, transportation, storage and refining of oil and other activities.
