A new version of the Regulations on Board Committees has been in force since June 29

/KASE, June 30, 2022/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated June 29, 2022 a new version of KASE internal document "Regulations on the Committees of the Board of Directors" (Regulations) was approved, to take effect from June 29, 2022. The new version of the Regulations was developed to update the text of the document and to amend the main tasks of the Board Committees. In addition, clarifying amendments have been made to the text of the Regulations. As from June 29, 2022, the Regulation as previously amended is repealed. A new version of the Regulation will be published on KASE website shortly. [2022-06-30]
