/KASE, June 20, 2022/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that following a decision of the sole shareholder dated June 17, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of Directors:

• B. Naizabekov, a member of the Board of Directors, removed;
• A. Duissaliev, a member of the Board of Directors, elected.

Taking into account said changes, the Board of Directors of Mangistaumunaigaz consist of six persons: Fan Zyazhun, K. Isskaziev, A. Duissaliev, Pan Zhisyun, Dun Syuchan, B. Yelamanov.
