/KASE, June 23, 2022/ – Zhaltyrbulak JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on June 13, 2022.

Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:

• to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
• not to distribute dividends for 2021 due to the lack of net profit.

Decisions on a total of four agenda items were made at the annual general meeting of shareholders
