report on the company's consolidated financial statement for 2021.

The company's financial statements for 2021 were audited by KPMG Audit LLP.
According to the auditor's conclusion, the consolidated financial statements
present fairly, in all material respects, the financial position of Safe-Lombard
LLP and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2021, and their consolidated
financial results and consolidated cash flows for the year ended as of the
specified date in accordance with IFRS.
