/KASE, June 14, 2022/ – By a decision of the Management Board of Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), from June 14, 2022, international bonds XS2010033343
(UA_02_3001; EUR1,250 mln; 27.01.20 – 27.01.30; annual coupon, 4.375 % APR;
actual/actual) of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine are admitted to circulation
on KASE in the "Unlisted securities" sector.
Trading in these bonds in the "Unlisted securities" sector will open from
June 17, 2022.
Before June 13, 2022, these bonds were in the "Government securities" sector of
KASE official list.
Exclusion of said bonds from the "Government securities" sector of KASE official
list and admission to circulation in the "Unlisted securities" sector was
carried out following an initiative of Freedom Finance JSC, which initiated
inclusion of the said bonds in KASE official list.
