/KASE, June 7, 2022/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 31, 2022, D. Tsykunov was elected as a member of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of the Subsidiary VTB Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of four people: D. Zabello, A. Nelina, Archil Usanetashvili, D. Tsykunov.
