/KASE, June 7, 2022/ – FIVE BROKERS' CAPITAL JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about
the decisions of the annual general meeting of shareholders held on
May 30, 2022.
Shareholders, among other things, made the following decisions:
- to approve the company's audited financial statements for 2021;
- in connection with the loss incurred in 2021, no distribution of net income is
possible.
