/KASE, June 6, 2022/ – AsiaAgroFood JSC (Almaty region), whose shares are listed on the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated June 1, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company’s Management Board:

• excluded: L. Bergibayeva;
• elected: Y. Khalikova

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AsiaAgroFood JSC consists of five people: S. Ashenov, B. Kaliev, K. Nusipaliyev, A. Dyusekeshova, Y. Khalikova.
