/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – The Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE) on June 2, 2022 made a decision to include bonds KZ2P00008568 (MFRFb3;
KZT1,000, KZT1.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, 25.00 % APR; 30/360) of
Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan) in the "bonds" category
of KASE official list's alternative market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is June 3, 2022.
Opening of trades in the mentioned bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
