/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Mangistaumunaigaz JSC (Aktau), whose shares are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about decisions of its sole shareholder dated June 2, 2022:

• to distribute retained earnings of the company in the amount of 91,078,856,000 tenge on payment dividends for the first half of 2021 as follows:
• to determine the amount of dividend per ordinary share and preferred share at 836 tenge;
• dividends on preferred shares in the amount of 910,788,560 tenge shall be transferred on June 9, 2022;
• to pay dividends on ordinary shares in two tranches: pay 45,084,033,720 tenge on June 10, 2022; pay 45,084,033,720 tenge on June 21, 2022.
