/KASE, June 3, 2022/ – Subsidiary Bank Sberbank of Russia JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will
begin on July 7, 2022 at 10:00 o'clock, the only item on the agenda of which is
the issue of amending the terms of a major interested party deal.
