LLP. According to the auditor's conclusion with a qualified opinion, the
financial statements reflect reliably, in all material respects, the financial
position of Crystal Management JSC and its subsidiary as of December 31, 2021
and its financial results and cash flows for the year ended as of the specified
date in accordance with IFRS.
