KASE has made amendments into the Rules of admittance of international financial organizations' securities to circulation

/KASE, October 29, 03/ - By the decision of the Exchange council (proxy) of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated October 29, 2003 amendments has been made to internal document of KASE "The rules of admittance of international financial organizations' securities to circulation" (The Rules). Amendments are coordinated with the National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on October 22 and come in force from November 1, 2003. Taking into consideration amendments the list of international financial organizations (IFO), whose securities can be admitted to circulation at KASE, is cited in compliance with IFO, investments in which do not require licensing by the National bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan. This list is presented in Appendix 7 of the Rules of licensing operations, dealing with usage of currency valuables, proved by the enactment of the management of the National bank dated July 25, 2003, and includes following: - Organizations which are members of World bank group - European Bank for Reconstruction and Development - Interamerican development bank - The bank of international clearings; - Asian Development Bank; - African Development Bank; - European Investment Bank; - Islamic development bank.
