officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE

OD of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of
National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 22, 2022 until the
court decision is made on the statement of claim of KEGOC JSC to challenge the
said order of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry
of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
