/KASE, May 24, 2022/ – Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated May 20, 2022, A. Shamshin was elected a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC consists of seven people: K. Sharlapayev, V. Son, Yap Chin Beng, Y. Aukenov, A. Yelemessov, D. Suyentayev, A. Shamshin.
