By the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of "KazTransOil" JSC
dated May 19,
2022, the powers of Daniyar Berlibayev, member of the Board of Directors of
"KazTransOil" JSC, were prematurely terminated, Marat Ormanov, a representative
of JSC NC "KazMunayGas", was elected a new member of the Board of Directors of
"KazTransOil" JSC. Further to this resolution, Marat Ormanov was also elected
Chairman of the Board of Directors of "KazTransOil" JSC.
Currently, the Board of Directors of "KazTransOil" JSC includes Marat Ormanov
(Chairman of the Board of Directors of "KazTransOil" JSC, representative JSC NC
"KazMunayGas"), Marlen Orazbekov (representative of JSC NC
"KazMunayGas"), Talgat Kurmanbayev (General director (Chairman of the
Management Board) of "KazTransOil" JSC), Vinicius Agostini (Independent
Director), Alberto Martinez (Independent director), Hadrien Fraissinet
(Independent director).
