/KASE, May 23, 2022/ – National company "KazMunayGaz" JSC (Nur-Sultan),
whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated
May 3, 2022, the following changes were made to the company's Management
Board.
- excluded: D. Tiyessov – member of the Management Board, D. Berlibayev –
member of the Management Board, M. Saulebay – member of the
Management Board;
- elected: M. Munbayev – member of the Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of National
company "KazMunayGaz" JSC consists of six people: K. Iskaziyev, D.
Karabayev, D. Tiyessov, D. Berlibayev, D. Abdulgafarov, M. Saulebay.
