/KASE, May 19, 2022/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that from May 17, 2022 it began to own 89.5 % of shares of Insurance company "Freedom Finance Insurance" JSC and 97.6v% of shares of Life Insurance Company "Freedom Finance Life" JSC.
