/KASE, May 19, 2022/ – Microfinance organization "R-Finance" LLP (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decision of the sole partner dated May 17, 2022:

• to increase the authorized capital of the partnership from KZT500,005,500 at the expense of a contribution of a new participant by KZT890,908,955.97 by admitting a new partner to the partnership.
