/KASE, May 18, 2022/ – Exploration Production ALMEX JSC (Atyrau), whose shares
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about the decisions of its sole shareholder dated May 4, 2022:
- not to distribute the company's net income for 2021;
- not to pay dividends on the company's ordinary shares for 2021.
