/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – Financial company REAL-INVEST.kz (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the decisions of the annual general meeting of its shareholders held on May 11, 2022:

• to approve the company's annual financial statements for 2021, confirmed by the audit report of Audit Company "TrustFinAudit" LLP;
• not to distribute the company's net income for 2021;
• not to pay dividends on ordinary shares of the company for 2021.
