/KASE, May 13, 2022/ – Zhaltyrbulak JSC (Almaty), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated May 11, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's executive body:

• removed: D. Alybayev – general director;
• appointed: A. Seydullayev – general director.
