/KASE, May 11, 2022/ – Bank Bank RBK JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders from April 29, 2022, the powers of Paul Thorsten, an independent director, a member of the Board of Directors of the bank were terminated.
