/KASE, May 6, 2022/ – KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 29, 2022, M. Alish was elected a deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of KazAgroFinance JSC consists of five people: A. Prashev, A. Seitzhanov, D. Kaiyrzhuban, Zh. Orazbayev, M. Alish.
