/KASE, May 4, 2022/ – AltynEx Company (Aktobe region), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated April 18, 2022, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• removed: D. Sarsenova – Chairman of the Management Board;
• elected: A. Sarsenov – Chairman of the Management Board, Y. Alimova – member of the Management Board, G. Yensebayeva – member of the Management Board.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of AltynEx Company JSC consists of three people: A. Sarsenov, Y. Alimova, G. Yensebayeva.
