Bonds KZ2C00008514 (KAFIb12) of KazAgroFinance passed listing procedure on KASE in category "bonds" of main market

/KASE, April 29, 2022/ – On April 28, 2022, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00008514 (KZT1,000, KZT50.0 bn; 7 years; semi-annual coupon to be determined based on the results of holding the first successful auctions on the placement of bonds; 30/360) of KazAgroFinance JSC (Nur-Sultan) in category "bonds" of KASE's main market. The date of coming into effect of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. The opening of trades in the said bonds on KASE will also be announced additionally. The issue of these bonds is the first within the third bond program of KazAgroFinance JSC, registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market on March 29, 2022 in the amount of KZT200.0 bn. The financial consultant and underwriter of KazAgroFinance JSC is Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty). These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (trading code) KAFIb12. More detailed information on the issue of these bonds will be published on KASE website after the mentioned decision of the Listing Commission comes into effect. [2022-04-29]
